Created for SHAPE (Sustaining Health And Pastoral Excellence), SHARE takes the principles and practices to congregational leaders to help strengthen the leadership team of the local church. An assessment tool and well as basic training resources in the following areas are included: core values, lifecycle of the church, spiritual formation of a Christian leader, dealing effectively with change, conflict resolution, developing a mission focused church, Inward or outward focus of congregational life, building an effective leadership team, and stress management.
