New Church Specialties / Transition Interim Pastor Services is a ministry focused on empowering leaders and developing healthy churches. One of their many excellent ministry initiatives is Transitional Interim Pastor Services (TIPS). This ministry offers certified training for those who want to serve as an interim pastor leading the congregation from anxiety to anticipation.
